OTICE is hereby given to the next of Kin, and all other persons, to produce any Wills or Codicils of the above parties that may be in their possession, before the Supreme Court on Saturday, the Thirtieth day of August, A.D. 1862, or, if none, that the next of kin do accept or refuse Letters of Administration, failing which, Letters of Administration will be granted to the Registrar of the said Court, or such other person as the Court may think fit.

HEREAS an Action has been commenced in this Court at the suit of the above-nam- ed Joseph Blum and Gobert Bium. trading as aforesaid, to recover the sum of Two hundred and Eighty-nine Dollars and Seven cents, for balance of an Account for Goods sold and delivered by the Plaintiffs to the Defendant, and for money found to be due from the Defendant to the Plaintiffs on accounts stated between them; and it being al- leged that the said Kwong Sing does not reside within this Island or its Dependencies, a writ of Foreign Attachment has been issued returnable on the Eighth day of September next, wherein Julius Charles Power, Acting Sheriff of this Colony, and Soong Asam also of Hongkong aforesaid, are Gar- nishees. Notice is hereby given thereof and that if at any time before final judgment in this action the said Kwong Sing or any person on his behalf will give the security and notice and file the ap- -pearance or plea required by the Ordinance of this Island, No. 2 of 1855, intituled “ An Ordinance "to provide for and regulate process in actions at "Law against persons absent from the Colony," the said Attachment may be dissolved,

*.* A written declaration of the Contents and Value of the Packages for the Overland Route is required by the Egyptian Government, and must be delivered by the Shippers to the Com- pany's Agents with the Bill of Lading, er with Parcels; and the Company do not hold them- selves responsible for any Detertion or Preju- dice which may happen from incorrectness on such declaration. Shippers of Cargo on the Company's Black Bills of Lading are particu- larly requested to note the Terms and Conditions of these Bills of Lading, with reference to the Transshipment and forwarding of Cargo, with a view to the adequateness of their Insurance Policies in respect of the same.
