GOVERNMENT NOTIFICATION.
With reference to Government Notification No. 64 of this year, it is hereby notified that the Eastern Slaughter House is held from the 16th Instant, to the 30th June, 1863, by Foo-AHWYE of the Yune-hing Shop, at a monthly Rental of $200.

GOVERNMENT NOTIFICATION.

Notice having been given, that the present Contract for printing the Government Gazette, and executing the general Printing required by this Government (except the Chinese Gazette) will expire on the 31st of December next, it is hereby intimated for general information, that Tenders for printing the said Gazettes, and executing such other Printing Work, will be received at this Office up to 4 P.M. on Friday, the 15th Proximo.
Tenders must specify the terms on which the Gazette will be undertaken, and also the terms for supplying Copies of Ordinances, Notifications, &c., made up into pages from the Gazette without alteration of width.
The charge for printing and publishing the Chinese Gazette from the 1st May next (the date of expiry of the present Contract) to the 31st December, 1863.
The charge for Table and intricate Tabular Work must also be specifically stated.
The Tenders for Job Printing must be separate, stating the rate per page of Foolscap.
Eighty Copies of each issue of the Gazette will be required for the Government, and the Printer
will be expected to keep a sufficient number on hand for the supply of the Public.
Paper for the Gazette, and the Chinese Gazette, must be found by the Contractor; for the Job Printing it will be furnished by the Government.
Any further information that may be required will be supplied at the Office of the Auditor General.
