VOTICE is hereby given to the next of Kin, and all other persons, to produce avy Wills or Codicils of the above named persons, Charles Clarke and Daniel Birkett, both deceased, that may be in their possession, before the Supreme Court on Friday, the 12th day of July, a.p. 1802; or, if none, that the next of kin do accept or refuse Letters of Administration, failing which, Administration will be granted to the Registrar of the said Court, or such other person as the Court may think fit.

* A written declaration of the Contents and Value of the Packages for the Overland Route is required by the Egyptian Governiaent, and must be delivered by the Shippers to the Com- pany's Agents with the Bill of Lading, or with Parcels; and the Company do not hold them- selves responsible for any Detention or Preju- dice which may happen from incorrectness on such declaration, Shippers of Cargo on the Company's Black Bills of Lading are particu- larly requested to note the Terms and Conditions of these Bills of Lading, with reference to the Transshipment and forwarding of Cargo, with a view to the adequateness of their Insurance Policies in respect of the same.

Chartered Mercantile Bank of India, London, and China against the above named Hormusjee Je- vanjec Mehta and Rustomjee Burjorjec so tradi: K as aforesaid to recover the Sum of One hundred thousand dollars for money lent by the Plaintiffs to the Defendants and for money paid by the said Plaintiffs for the Defendants at their request and for money due on an account stated by the said Defendants and for interest for the forbearance of money by the Plaintiffs to the Defendants and it being alleged that the said Hormusjee Jevanjee Mehta and Rustomjee Burjorjce do not reside within this Island or its Dependencies a Writ of Foreign Attachment has been issued returnable on the Seventh day of July next, wherein Vicen- te C. da Rocha, Jr., Alexander Perceval, James MeAndrew, Arthur Abraham David Sassoon, Francis Chomley, James Joseph Mackenzie, George Holmes, and Ann Newbery are Garnishees.
