Sealed Tenders will be received at this Office up to noon of Monday the 14th Instant, for the privilege of Slaughtering Cattle in the Eastern Slaughter House from the 16th Instant to the 30th

June, 1863, inclusive.

The conditions shall be such as are set forth in the Markets' Ordinance 1858, and the Bye-Laws issued thereunder, and shall be subject to such modification as may be made by any subsequent revi- sion of that Ordinance or of those Bye-Laws.

Each Tender must be addressed to the Colonial Secretary, and state the amount offered as Rent for the period specified, which Rent shall be payable monthly in advance-the first payment to be made on the 16th Instant, and to include the month of August.

Persons tendering are required to be in attendance at this Office on the 14th Instant, at Noon.
