No. 757.-It is hereby notified that the MITSUI BUSSAN KAISHA of Victoria in the Colony of Hongkong, Merchants, have complied with the requirements of Ordinance 6 of 1898, for the registration in this Colony of their Mark No. 103 of 1907, as applied to Flour, in Class 42; and that the same has been duly registered.

No. 758.—It is hereby notified that the BERNESE ALPS MILK COMPANY of Stalden, Emmenthal, Switzerland, have complied with the requirements of Ordinance 6 of 1898, for the registration in this Colony of their Mark No. 104 of 1907, as applied to Natural Milk not condensed, unsweetened condensed milk, Liquid Bernese Alps cream and chocolate, in Class 42; and that the same has been duly registered.

HARBOUR MASTER'S DEPARTMENT.

No. 759.-It is hereby notified that information has been received from the Military Authorities that Gun Practice will be carried out as under:-

On Tuesday, the 19th November :---

From Stonecutters, in a Westerly direction, at ranges up to 10,000 yards,

commencing at 9.30 a.m., and finishing at 2 p.m.

On Friday, the 22nd November:--

From Belchers, in a Westerly direction, at ranges up to 10,000 yards,

commencing at 2.30 p.m., and finishing at 5.30 p.m.

If the weather is unfavourable on either of the above dates, practice will take place on the following day.

All ships, junks and other vessels are to keep clear of the ranges.

No. 760.-It is hereby notified that the Crown has under and by virtue of the pro- visions contained in the Crown Lease dated the 27th day of March, 1905, resumed and re-entered into and upon Survey District 102 Lot No. 141, San Tin, in the New Territories.
