Gee Linstead, Captain William A. Cressey and Messrs. P. & J. B. Colah and Company, respective- ly of Hongkong, are Garnishees, Notice is hereby given thereof and that if at any time before final Judgment in this action the said Rustomjee Bur- jorjee or any person on his behalf will give the security and notice and file the appearance or plea required by the Ordinance of this Island intituled "An Ordinance to provide for and res,ulate process "in actions at Law against persons absent from the "Colony" the said attachment may be dissolved.
