Tenders will be received at this Office up to Noon of Monday, the 24th Proximo, for the Privilege of preparing and selling Prepared Opium within the Colony of Hongkong for One Year from the 1st April next, under the conditions set forth in Ordinance No. 2 of 1858.

Plans and Specifications may be seen upon application at the Office of the Surveyor General between the hours of 11 A.M. and 3 P.M.
