Applications for such Licenses must be lodged at the Police Magistrates' Office at least Ten days 1. fore the Sessions, in the Form prescribed by the above quoted Section of the first mentioned Ordi-
ace, and no application will, after that period, be received for submission to the Sessions.
Printed Forms of applications may be obtained by intending applicants at the Police Magistrates' Othce between the hours of 10 A.M. and 4 P.M.

It is hereby notified that, at a meeting of the Executive Council held this day, His Excellency the Acting Governor with the advice of the Council determined, that the Police and Lighting Rates due for the Quarter ending 31st December, 1863, shall be payable at the Colonial Treasury, between the hours of 11 A.M. and 3 P.M., from the 1st to the 31st October next.
