This Tariff to be applicable to the District of Victoria, for this purpose to be held to extend from Soo-koan-poo (including Wong-nei-cheong, viz.: East to West Point,) to Sheak-tong-tsui, and as high as Robinson Road.
Special agreements to be made for places out of this district.

Whereas early yesterday morning Police Constable No. 339 LALL KHAN, while in the execution of his duty at Wanchai, was wilfully murdered by some person or persons unknown:›
Notice is hereby given, that
A FREE PARDON AND A REWARD OF FIVE HUNDRED DOLLARS will be given to any Person,-the actual Perpetrators of the Murder excepted,-who shall give such information as shall lead to the apprehension and conviction of one or more of the Guilty Parties.
