In the matter of STEPHEN MICHAEL CARAPIET, deceased.

HE Creditors of Stephen Michael Carapiet, Tateur Victoria, in the Colony of Hongkong Merchant, trading as "Carapiet and Company,' who died on or about the Thirty-first day of July, A.D. 1863, at Victoria aforesaid, are to send par- ticulars of their Claims or Debts to the Office of Mr. H. J. Tarrant, 395 Queen's Road, Victoria, Hongkong, (acting for Mr. F. W. Mitchell, the Executor of the said Estate, who has obtained Probate), on or before the First day of January, A.D. 1864, (addressed outside "in re Carapiet deceased"); or, in default thereof, the Executor will, after the said First day of January, A.D. 1864, proceed to distribute the Assets of the said Stephen Michael Carapiet, deceased. And all Debtors are requested to make payment without delay to the undersigned.
