GOVERNMENT NOTIFICATION.
It is hereby notified, that Messrs. JAMES COLLINS and JOHN GERRARD have been appointed Valuators under the provisions of "The Police and Lighting Rate Ordinance, 1863."

All persons indebted to the Government for arrears of "Crown Rents" to the 24th of June last are hereby required to pay the same into the Colonial Treasury on or before Saturday the 15th August next; after which date the names of all Defaulters will be forwarded to the Acting Crown Solicitor for the collection of the arrears herein specified.
