In the matter of the Asiatic Marine Insurance Office being a Joint Stock Company duty registered under an Act for the regulation of Registered Joint Stock Companies, Adjudged to have committed an act of forfeiture pursuant to the pro- visions of the Act No. 43 of One thousand eight hundred and fifty passed by the Honor- able the President of the Coun- cil of India in Council on the twenty-seventh day of Decem-' ber, One thousand eight hun- dred and fifty entitled an “Act for the regulation of the Re- gistered Joint Stock Compa- nies."

Esquire, the official Assignee and the Assignee this Court, bearing date the seventh day OTICE is hereby given that by an Order of
of the said Asiatic Marine Insurance Office and his Affidavit in verification thereof, office copies of Eight several Orders made respectively in this mat- ter on the Sixth day of October, One thousand eight hundred and fifty-five, the Tenth day of May, and the Sixth day of December, "One thousand eight hundred and fifty-six, the Seventh day of November, One thousand eight bundred and fifty-seven, the Thirteenth day of November, One thousand eight hundred and fifty-eight, the Seventh day of January, One thousand eight hundred and sixty, and the Thirteenth day of April, One thousand eight hundred and sixty- one, all filed this day, and upon the application of Messieurs Hatch and Stewart, Attornies for the said Assignee, it is ordered that the said Assignee be at liberty to raise by contribution of the Shareholders of the said Asiatic Marine Insurance Office, for the satisfaction of the debts and other claims against the said Company the further sum of Company's Rupees One Thousand, in respect of each share held by them respectively in the said Company.
of February instant, the Shareholders of the said Asiatic Marine Insurance Office, are required to pay the further Sum of Company's Rupees One Thousand, assessed in respect of each share held by them respectively on or before the following dates, that is to say, the Shareholders resident in Calcutta, or the Suburbs thereof, on or before the first day of May next, the Shareholders resident in Hongkong and Bombay, on or before the first day of July next, and the Shareholders resident in Great Britain and all other places not mentioned in the said Order on or before the first day of September next, and that in default the Officis! Assignee will be at liberty to apply that the de- faulting Shareholders be adjudged to have rom. mitted an Act of Insolvency according to the provisions of the Indian Insolvent Act.-Dated the 21st February, 1863.
