named John Richi, to recover the sum of One thousand Five hundred and Fifty Dollars for
damages sustained by the Plaintiff for breach by
the Defendant of the coulitions of a certain Charter Party, and it being alleged that the said Wong- hoi-yune does not reside within this Island or its Dependencies a Writ of Foreign Attachment has been issued returnable on the Ninth day of March nert, wherein the Accountant or Shopman of the said Defendant, whose name is unknown is gar- nishee.
Notice is hereby given thereof and that if at any time before Final Judgment in this action, the said Wong-hoi-yune or any person on his behalf will give the security and notice and file the appearance or plea required by the Ordinance of this Island No. 2 of 1855 intituled “An Ordinance to provide for and regulate Process in actions at, Law against persons abscut from the Colony" the said Attach- ment may be dissolved.

of the Firm of Messieurs Mackenzie, Lyall & Co., Merchants there, as the duly constituted Attorney of the Father of the deceased. All Persons having claims against the Estate are requested to make the same known to Mr. Anderson, with whom persons indebted to the Estate should at once. communicate.
