Tenders for the rebuilding of Police Station No. 4, situated on the Queen's Road, East, will be received, on or before the 19th Instant, at the Surveyor General's Office, where all particulars may be obtained on application, between the hours of 11 A.M. and 3 P.M.

Required to purchase, or to charter for the term of one year, with the option of continuing the Charter for a second year, a Vessel of Six Hundred Tons, or upwards, to be used as a Hulk for the accommodation of Convicts in Victoria Harbour.
The Vessel must have a 'tween decks laid fore and aft of not less than six feet in height, with side ventilation, and must be provided with efficient" ground tackle, subject to the approval of the Harbour Master.
Tenders to be addressed to the Harbour Master up to noon of the 20th Instant.
