a. One prisoner, acquitted on the ground of insanity, detained during H. M.'s pleasure.

b. In one case no witnesses appeared.

c. Three prisoners convicted of manslaughter.

d. In the case abandoned the prisoners were convicted on a charge of Piracy and Murder.

e. In this case the prisoners were tried for Larceny and Receiving.

In one case the prisoner was on bail, and did not surrender.
