B-The Crown Lease of sale Lot No. 5 shall contain a covenant that the portion of the Praya and Sea Wall in front ed and the reclaiming of the said Lot shall be executed by the Surveyor General at the cost of the said Lessee his executors administrators or assigns who shall on demand from time to time as the work proceeds pay to the Surveyor General such sum or sums as the Surveyor General shall certify in writing to be due in respect of the contract price for the execution of the said work.
C.-The Crown Lease of sale Lot No. 6 shall contain a covenant that the reclaiming of the said Lot shall be executed by the Surveyor General at the cost of the said Lessee his executors administrators or assigns who shall on demand from time to time as the work proceeds pay to the Surveyor General such sun or sums as the Surveyor General shall certify in writing to be due in respect of the contract price for the execution of the said work,
D.-The Crown Leases of sale Lots No. 7 andi Nos. 19 to 28 both inclusive shall each contain a covenant that the Lessee his executors administrators or assigns shall not erect thereon respectively any Chinese houses or shops, but first class European houses or Godowns only.
MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT BY THE PURCHASER. Memorandum that each of the persons whose names and signatures are hereunder written has been declared the highest bidder for the Lot described in the foregoing Particulars of sale and hereunder specified opposite to his said name and signature and does hereby agree to become the Lessee thereof under and subject to the foregoing conditions of sale and on his part to perform and abide by the said conditions.

NOTICE.
Applications for Passage Broker's Licenses for the year 1866, under Ordinance No. 11 of 1857, will be received at this Office from this date up to the 31st December next.
Applicants are requested to state the names and addresses of the Parties they offer as Sureties, under Clause I. of the Ordinance aforesaid.
Medical Men desirons of practising under the Emigration Act and Local Emigration Ordinances whose Diplomas are not already registered, are requested, to send them to this Office for Registration; otherwise their Certificates will not be received.
