the Supreme Court of Hongkong dated the 26th day of October 1907 confirming the reduction of the capital of the above named Company from Taels 225,000 Shanghai Sycee to Taels 112,500 Shanghai Syeee and the Minute (approved by the Court) shewing with respect to the capital of the Company as altered the several particulars required by the above Ordinance were registered by the Regis- trar of Companies on the 29th day of October 1907 AND FURTHER TAKE NOTICE that the said Minute is in the words and figures following:-

COMPANY LIMITED is Taels 11:500 Shanghai Sycee divided into 9 9 003 shares of Taels 12.50 each insteal of the original capital of Taels 225,00 Shanghai Sycee divided into 9.000 shares of Taels 25 cach. At the time of the registration of this mimte the full sum of Taels 12.50 per share has been and is to be deemed paid up on cach of the said 9,000 shares of Paels 12.50 each.

A square label having au ornamental border. In the two upper corners is a circle within which is represented a bird standing upon a ring with a ribbon on either side. In the middle of the label is a dise whereon appears the letters "S & H”. Above the dise are the words "Red Ball Bran”. Below the disc are various ornamental lines. Immediately beneath the disc and extending across the label is a bond which in use bears descriptive matter referring to the goods.
