IN THE SUPREME COURT OF HONGKONG.

How, Defendants.

PURSUANT to a Deerce made in this cause,

the said Woug Acheong one of the above- named Defendants, his Executors, Administrators, or Assigns is to come in, within Three Months from the date hereof, to prove his or their claim to the Lot of Ground and premises, registered in the Land Office of this Colony, as Section D of Marine Lot No. 83, and to the rents issues and profits thereof now standing to the credit of this suit, or in default thereof, the said. Lot of Ground and Premises will be sold pursuant to the said Decree.

Dated the Twenty-sixth day of August, 1865.

Tuntil 2000 on Monday the 6th November, TENDERS will be received by the undersigned

proximo, for the supply of such Provisions, Fuck, Oil, Clothing and other miscellaneous articles, as may be required for the use of this Gaol, for twelve months, commencing on the 21st Novem- ber, 1865.

TERMS OF SAL6.—Que third of the purchase money in Mexican Dollars at 7.1.7 to be paid on the fall of the hammer, and the remainder within one week or forfeiture of the money paid. The vessel to be at the risk of the purchaser froin the fall of the hanner.
