LL Persons indebted to the Estate of the late William Brand, are requested to pay the amount of their respective debts to the under- signed with as little delay as possible; and all Persons having claims against it, are requested to furnish particulars to the undersigned before the 31st day of October, 1865.

the said Wong Achicong one of the above- named Defendants, his Executors, Administrators, or Assigus is to come in, within Three Months from the date hereof, to prove his or their claim to the Lot of Ground and Premises, registered in the Land Office of this Colony, as Section D of Marine Lot No. 83, and to the rents issues and profits thereof now standing to the credit of this suit, or in default thereof, the said Lot of Ground and Premises will be sold pursuant to the said Decree.
