URSUANT to a Decrce made in this cause, the said Wong Acheong one of the above- named Defendants, his Executors, Administrators, or Assigns is to come in, within Three Mouths from the date hereof, to prove his or their claim to the Lot of Ground and Premises, registered in the Land Office of this Colony, as Section D of Marine Lot No. 84, and to the rents issues and profits thereof now standing to the credit of this suit, or in default thereof, the said Lot of Ground and Premises will be sold pursuant to the said Decree.

A Written Declaration of the Contents ani Value of the Packages destined beyond Sucz is Required by the Egyptian Government, and must be furnished by the Shippers to the Agent with the Bills of Lading; and the Company will not be responsible for any consequence or prejudice which may ensue from an incorrect declaration. For particulars respecting Freight and Pas- sage, apply at the Company's Office, Queen's Road.

Mail Steamers for Malta and all the Italian Ports; MR. HENRY ST. JOHN BROWNE is authorized
At Marseilles, with the Weekly Company's Mail Stenner for Valencia and by Railroad to
Madrid.
Cargo and Specie will be registered for Lon- don as well as for Marseilles, and accepted in transit through Marseilles for the principal *places of Europe.
The Company has authority to grant Insur- ance on all Cargo conveyed by its Vessels, at a premium of 14 per cent upon Merchandize, and
to sign our firm in Yokohama per pro-
curation.
