OTICE is hereby given to the next of Kin, and all other persons, to produce any Will or Codicils of the above named deceased, that may be in their possession, before the Court of Probate, on Tuesday, the First day of August, A.D. 1865; or, if none, that the next of Kin do accept or refuse Letters of Administration, failing which Administration will be granted to the Registrar of the said Court, or such other person as the Court shall think fit.

dred and Fifty Dollars for freight for the con- veyance by the Plaintiff for the Defendant at his request of Goods in the ship called the British Princess, whereof the Plaintiff is Master and upon accounts stated between the Plaintiff and Defendant; and it being alleged that the said Byramjee Hormusjee Cama does not reside within this Island or its dependencies a Writ of Foreign Attachment has been issued returnable on the Thirty-first day of July instant, wherein Pes- tonjec Aspandiarjce Metta, Albert Farley Heard, and George Farley Heard, of Victoria in the Colony of Hongkong, Merchants, and Henry William Wood of the same place, the Manager of the "Borneo Company, Limited "at Hong- keng aforesaid, are Garnishees.

Notice is hereby given thereof and that if at any time before final judgment in this Action, the said Byramjee Hormusjee Cama trading as aforesaid or any person on his behalf will give the security and Notice and file the appearance or plea required by the Ordinance of this Island intituled "An Ordinance to provide for and re- gulate process in Actions at Law against persons absent from the Colony," the said Attachment may be dissolved.

HEREAS an Action has beeu commenced in this Court at the suit of the above named Dhurumsey Poonjabhoy against the above named Byramjee Hormusjee Caina, trading as aforesaid, to recover the sum of Ticelee thousand Eight hundred and Twelve Dollars and Fifty Cents for damages for non-nerepting certain Shares in the Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Company, Linuited, bargained and sold by the Plaintiff to the Defendant which said Shares the Defendant has not accepted from the Plaintiff nor has he paid the price thereof; and for money

paid by the Plaintiff for the Defendant at his request and for interest for the forbearance at interest by the Plaintiff to the Defendant of money due from the Plaintiff to the Defendant; and it being alleged that the said Byramjee Hormusjee Cama does not reside within this Island or its dependencies, a Writ of Foreign Attachment has been issued returnable on the Seventh day of August next, wherein Pestonjce Aspundiarjee Metta of Victoria, in the Colony of Hongkong, Merchaut, and Albert Farley Heard and George Farley Heard of the same place, Merchants, are Garnishees,
