-TONG ANYUTE of Victoria in the
OTICE-
NoTony of Hongkong, Trader, having been
adjudged bankrupt under a petition for adjudica- tion of Bankruptcy, filed in the said Supreme Court on the Eighth day of May, 1865, a public sitting, for the said Bankrupt to pass his last examination and make application for his dis- charge, will be held before the Ionorable Henry John Ball, Esquire, Acting Chief Justice of the said Court, at the Supreme Court House, Vic- toria, Hongkong, on the Seventh day of July, 1865, at 11 o'clock in the forenoon precisely. Mr. Norman Ramsey Masson, Supreme Court House, is the Official Assignce, and Mr. Francis Innes Hazeland, is the Solicitor acting in the Bankruptcy,
named Chartered Mercantile Bank of India, London and China against the above named Ghellabio Pulumsey, Luckumsey Sewjce, Megjee Ghellabhoy and Nagsey Natha trading as aforesaid, to recover Fifty-five thousand Dollars, for that Sewjce Nansey and Company, on the Twenty-fourth day of March, One thousand eight huudred and sixty-five by their Bills of Exchange now over due directed to the Defendants directed the Defendants to pay to the said Sewjer Nansey and Company or order Fifty thousanit Dollars sixty days after sight and the Defendants accepted the said Bills and the said Sewjee Nansey and Company endorsed the same to the plaintiff but the defendants did not pay the same and by reason thereof the plaintiff incurred expenses in and about the presenting and noting the said Bills and incidental to the dishonour thereof. And for money payable by the Defedants to the Plaintiff for interest upou money due from the Defendants to the Plaintiff and forborne at interest by the Plaintiff to the Defendants at their request. And it being alleged that the said Chellabhoy Pudumsey, Luckumsey Sewjee, Megice Ghellabloy and Nagsey Natha trading as aforesaid, do not reside within the Island of
the said Ghellabhoy Pudamsey, Luckumsey Sowjee, Megjee Ghellabhoy and Nagsey Natha trading as aforesaid or any person on their behalf will give the security and notice and file the appearance or plea required by the Ordinance of this Island intituled "An Ordinance to provide for and regulate process in actions at Law agains persons absent from the Colony" the said attach- ment may be dissolved.
