Whosoever, having been convicted, either before or after the passing of this Every Second Offence Ordinance, of any such Misdemeanor as in any of the last Three preceding Sections of uttering, &c., after mentioned, or of any Felony against this Ordinance or any former Enactment in Force shall be Felony. in this Colony relating to the Coin, shall afterwards commit any of the Misdemeanors in any of the said Sections mentioned, shall be guilty of Felony, and being convicted thereof shall be liable, at the Discretion of the Court, to be kept in Penal Servitude for Life, or brany Term not less than Three Years,--or to be imprisoned for any Term not exceeding Two Years, with or without Hard Labour, and with or without Solitary Confinement.
