In the matter of TONG AHYUTE. OTICE.-TONG AHYUTE of Victoria in the Colony of Hongkong, Trader, having been *judged bankrupt under å petition for adjudica-

of Bankruptcy, filed in the said Supreme. Court on the Eighth day of May, 1865, a public ting, for the said Bankrupt to pass his last amination and make application for his dis- barge, will be held before the Honorable Henry

Ball, Esquire, Acting Chief Justice of the said Court, at the Supreme Court House, Vie- ra, Hongkong, on the Seventh day of July, 1), at 11 o'clock in the forencon precisely. Mr. Norman Ramsey Masson, Supreme Court House, is the Official Assignee, and Mr. Francis Ines Hazeland, is the Solicitor acting in the

Konkruptcy.

BYRAMJEE HORNUSJEE CAMA, trading under the Style or Firm of H. B. CAMA AND COMPANY Defendant.

HEREAS an action has been commenced in this Court at the suit of the above nomed Bank of India against the above named Byramjee Hormusjee Cama, trading as aforesaid, to recover ifty six thousand Dollars, for money payable by the Defendant to the Plaintiff, for money lent by the Plaintiff to the Defendant, and for money paid by the Plaintiff for the Defendant at his request and for interest upon money due from the Defendant to the Plaintiff and forborne at interest by the Plaintiff to the Defendant at his request and for money found to be due from the Defendant to the Plaintiff on And it being accounts stated between them. alleged that the said Byramjee Hortausjce Cama trading as aforesaid, does not reside within the Island of Hongkong and its Dependencies, a Writ of Foreign Attachment has been issited returnable on the Third day of July nert, wherein Pestonjec Aspundiarjee Metta of Victoria aforesaid Merchant, is Garnisk.ee,

Notice is hereby given thereof and that if at any time before final Judgment in this action the said Byramjee Hormusjee Cama trading as aforesaid or any person on his behalf will give the security and notice and file the appearance or plea required by the Ordinance of this Island intituled An Ordinance to provide for and regulate Process in actions at Law against persons absent from the Colony" the said attaclaneut may be dissolved.
