How, Defendants,

JURSUANT to a Decree made in this cause, the said Wong Acheong one of the above- named Defendants, his Executors, Administrators, or Assigns is to come in, within Three Mouths from the date hereof, to prove his or their claim to the Lot of Ground and Premises, registered in the Land Office of this Colony, as Section D of Marine Lot No. 84, and to the rents issues and profits thereof now standing to the credit of this suit, or in default thereof, the said Lot of Ground and Premises will be sold pursuant to the said Decree.

HEREAS an action has been commenced

in this Court at the suit of the above Damned Bank of India against the above named Byramjee Hormusjee Cama, trading as aforesaid, 10 recover Fifty six thousand Dollars, for money payable by the Defendant to the Plaintiff, for money lent by the Plaintiff to the Defendant, and for money paid by the Plaintiff for the Defendant at his request and for interest upon woney due from the Defendant to the Plabitiff end forborne at interest by the Plaintiff to the Defendant at his request and for money found to to due from the Defendant to the Plaintiff on accounts stated between them. And it being alleged that the said Byramjce Hormusjee Cama trading ns for said,

island of Hongkong and its Dependencies, a Writ of Foreign Attachment has been issued returnable on the Third day of July next, bercin Pestonjee Aspundiarjee Metta of Victoria foresaid Merchant, is Garnishes.

Notice is hereby given thereof and that if at any time before final Judgment in this action the said Byramjee Hormusjee Cama trading as aforesaid or any person on his behalf will give the security and notice and file the appearance or plea required by the Ordinance of this Island intituled "An Ordinance to provide for and regulate Process in actions at Law against persons absent from the Colony" the said attachment may be dissolved.

WHEREAS an action has been commenced

this Court at the suit of the above named Bank of Hindustan China and Japan Limited against the above named Byramjee Hormusjee Cama, trading as aforesaid, to recover Thirty thousand Dollars, upon four several Bills of Exchange now overdue dated respectively the Twenty-fourth day of April and the First day of May last, drawn by Messieurs H. B. Cama & Co., upon and accepted by the Defendants and of which said Bills the Plaintiffs are holders for value. And it being alleged that the said Beram- jee Hormusjec Cama trading as aforesaid, does not reside within this Island or its Dependencies, a Writ of Foreign Attachinent has been issued returnable on the Third day of July next, wherein Pestonjee Aspundiarjee Metta of Vic- toria in the Colony of Hongkong Merchant, is Garnishes.

Notice is hereby given thereof and that if at any time before final Judgment in this action the said Byramjee Hormusjee Cama trading as aforesaid or any person on his behalf will give the security and notice and file the appearance or plea required by the Ordinance of this Island intituled "An Ordinauce to provide for and regulate process in actions at Law against persons absent from the Colony" the said attachment may be dissolved.

BYRAMJEE HORMUSJEE CAMA trading under the style or firm of H. B. CAMA AND COMPANY, Deft.

HEREAS an action has been commenced in this Court at the suit of the above named Joseph Oxford, Henry Danziger, Jacob Arnhold and Alexander Cosman Levysohn trading as aforesaid against the above named Byramjee Hormusjee Cama trading as aforesaid to recover Fourteen thousand Two hundred and Ninety four Dollars and Twenty one Cents for damages for the non acceptance by the Defendant of a cargo of Rice by a vessel called the "Manfred " and of a cargo of Rice by a vessel called the "Albatross " which said cargoes of Rice the Plaintiffs bargained and sold to the Defendant and the Defendant bought from the Plaintiff's at the price of Three Dollars per perul gross weight upon the terms stated in the contract of sale contained in two letters of the Plaintiffs dated the Eleventh and Fifteenth days of May last respectively and one letter of the Defendant in his said firm style or name dated the Fifteenth day of May last which said cargoes of Rice the Defendant has not accepted from the Plaintiffs nor has he paid the Plaintiffs the price thereof in accordance with the terms of the said contract of sale thereðf, and in the further sum of Twelve thousand Eight hundred and Twenty two Dollars and Fifty one Cents for goods sold and delivered by the Plaintiffs to the Defendant, and for money paid by the Plaintiffs for the use of the Defendant at his request, and in the total sum of Twenty seven thou and One hundred and sixteen Dollars and Seventy two Cents for money found to be due from the Defendant to the Plaintiffs on an account stated by the said Defendant, and in the further sum of One thousand Dollars for interest due by the said Defendant to the Plaintiffs for forbearance at interest to the Defendant of money due from the Defendant to the Plaintiffs. And it being alleged that the said Byramjee Hormusjee Cama trading as aforesaid does not reside within this Island or its Dependencies a Writ of Foreign Attach- ment has been issued returnable on the Twenty- sixth day of June, One thousand Eight hundred and Sixty-five, wherein Pestonjee Aspundiarjee Metta of Victoria in the Colony of Hongkong, Merchant is Garnishee.
