It is hereby notified that His Excellency the Acting Governor has been pleased to appoint F. S. HUFFUM, Esquire, to be Registrar of Companies under Ordinance No. 1 of 1865,—the "Companies Ordinance, 1865."
This appointment will take effect from the 1st proximo, on which date the Ordinance will come into operation.

For every Copy or Extract of a Document, or any Part of any other Document
to be certified by the Registrar, per folio of 72 words,.. shall be charged by the Registrar of Companies in addition to those named in Tables B and C in the First Schedule of Ordinance No. 1 of 1865,--the "Companies Ordinance, 1865."
