GOVERNMENT NOTIFICATION.
Mr. POWER, 1st Clerk in the Surveyor General's Office, having obtained twelve months' leave of absence, His Excellency the ACTING GOVERNOR has been pleased to make the following appointments until further notice.
Mr. CHAGAS, 2nd Clerk, to act as 1st Clerk in the Surveyor General's Office. Mr. GERRARD, 1st Clerk in the Registrar General's Office, to be Marriage Registrar. These arrangements are to date from the 1st Proximo.
