HEREAS an action has been cominenced in this Court at the suit of the above named John Fraucis Fawcett against the above named Heary Johnson to recover the sum of Tiro hun- dred and Sixty-two Dollars and fifty Cents for money payable by the Defendant to the Plain- t for goods sold and delivered by the Plaintiff to the Defendant and for interest upon money due from the Defendant to the Plaintiff foreborne at interest by the Plaintiff to the Defendant at his request and for money found to be due from the Defendant to the Plaintiff on necounts stated between them. And it being alleged that the Sai Heury Johnson does net reside within this Island or its Dependencies Writs of Foreign Attachment have been issued returnable on the Sixth day of February, One thousand Eight hundred and Sixty-five, wherein Polases, Henry Kemp and Felix Carvo are Garnishces.

Notice is hereby given thereof and that if at any time before final judgment in this action the sail Henry Johnson or any person on his behalf will give the security and notice and file the appearance or plea required by the Ordinance of this Island intituled "An Ordinance to provide for and regulate process in actions at Law against persons absent from the Colony" the said At- tachment may be dissolved.
