The Attention of Landlords and Owners of Tenements assessed to the Police and Lighting Rates * 1866, is drawn to the Government Notification No. 102 of the 30th June last and with reference the XIV Clause of the Ordinance No. 5 of 1863, Owners of Tenements, in respect of which the Rates for the First Half Year 1866 have not been paid at the Treasury, are informed that immediate Proceedings will be commenced against them to compel the payment of any Rates in arrear on the 1st July last.
