V. Ordinance No. 4 of 1865 is hereby amended by repealing Section LXIV, and nance No. 4 of 1865 by inserting in lieu thereof the Section following:

"LXIV. Whenever Solitary Confinement may be awarded for ment, and Whipping. VI. It shall be lawful for the Commissioners appointed to compile a new Edition going Amendments in of the Ordinances to make therein, and they are hereby required to make therein, the the new Edition of the several Amendments hereinbefore mentioned.
