NOTICE TO MARINERS.

CECIL C. SMITH, Acting Colonial Secretary.

The Rear Admiral Commander-in-Chief and Chief of the Department of Marine in Netherlands India, makes known that on the Island Pinang (Riouw) near the Red Spot a rectangular white plastered Pyramid 5,4 Dutch metres high-5 yards 28 inches English, has been erected, at a distance of 500 Dutch metres-541 yards 24 inches English, N. by W. of Tandjong Pinang.
