The transaction has this day becu settled. The Shop is now undergoing repairs and will be ready very shortly for business. If any money loan or other acbts are due to either Chinese or Foreigners by the said Tai-Shing, we the undersigned do not hold ourselves responsi- ble for payment of the same. We therefore hereby give special notice, in order to prevent disputes in future.
