LOAW WAH THIAW, Defendant. "HEREAS an Action has been commenced
in this Honorable Court at the suit of the above named Tan Yiaw Koon against the above named Loaw Wah Thiaw to recover the sum of Two thousand Four hundred Dollars for money found to be due from the said Defendant to the said Tan Yiaw Koon on an account stated between them; and it being alleged that the said Loaw Wah Thiaw does not reside within this Island or its Dependencies a Writ of Foreign Attachment has been issued returnable on the Fourteenth day of October, next, wherein Lim Cheang, of Victoria, in the Island of Hongkong, Master or Manager of the Lorcha or Vessel "Kam Cheong Fat" is Garnishee.
