Masson, Esquire, the Acting Registrar of the MR.W. R. DALZIEL being about to proceed
said Supreme Court, at the first Meeting of Creditors to be held before the said Acting Reg trar on the Seventeenth day of October next, Eleven o'clock in the forenoon precisely, at the said Court.
The said Acting Registrar is the Official Assig- nee, and Mr. William Gaskell is the Solicitor acting in the Bankruptcy.
At this Meeting the Acting Registrar will receive the proofs of the Debts of the Creditors, and the Creditors may choose an Assignee or Assignees of the Bankrupt's Estate and Effects.
All persons having in their possession any of the Effects of the Bankrupt must deliver them to the said Acting Registrar, and all Debts due to the Bankrupt must be paid to the said Acting Registrar.

OTICE is hereby given that the interest and responsibility of Mr. GEORGE FALCONER as Administrator of the Estate and Effects of JOHN FRANCIS FAWCETT, deceased, in the business of a Ship Chandler, and General Store- keeper, lately carried on by the said JOHN FRANCIS FAWCETT at Victoria, Hongkong, ceased on the 1st day of January last and that Mr. JAMES WILLIAM PEARCE, has purchased the said business and will in future carry on the same under the style or firm of "Fawcett and Company."
