and all other Persons, to produce any Wills or Codicils of the above named party, de- ceased. that may be in their possession, before il Court of Probate, on Saturday, the 6th doy of July, A.D. 1867, or, if none, that the next of Kin do accept or refuse Letters of Administration, failing which, Administration will be granted to the Registrar of the said Court, or such other person as the Court may think fit.
