OF HONGKONG IN BANKRUPTCY.

In the Matter of GEORGE LYALL, formerly of Victoria, in the Colony of Hongkong, now or lately of No. 13, Gloucester Square, London, CHARLES FREDERICK STILL, for- merly of No. 13, Leadenhall Street, and of No. 85, Lancaster Gate, Lon- don, now of Victoria, in the Colony of Hongkong, and GEORGE FRANCIS MACLEAN, of Victoria, in the Colony of Hongkong, Merchants, trading in copartnership at Loudon aforesaid, under the style or firm of GEORGE LYALL, and C. F. STILL, and iu Hongkong, and Yokohama in Japan, under the style or firm of LYALL, STILL & COMPANY, Bankrupts.

Charles Frederick Still, and George Francis Maclean, having been adjudged Bankrupts under a Petition for adjudication of Bankruptcy filed in the said Supreme Court in Bankruptcy on the 21st day of May, 1867, a public sitting for the said Charles Frederick Still, and George Francis Maclean, two of the said Bankrupts to pass their last examination and make application for their discharge will be held before the Honorable John Smale, Esquire, Chief Justice of the said Court, at the Supreme Court, Victoria, Hongkong, on Monday, the Twenty-fourth day of June ins- tant, at ten o'clock in the forenoon precisely.

Mr. Norman Ramsay Masson, Acting Regis- trar of the Supreme Court is the Official Assignee, and Mr. Henry Charles Caldwell is the Solicitor acting in the Bankruptcy.

NOTICE WILLIAM HENRY HORNHOLTZ,

trading and carrying on business at Vic- toria, in the Colony of Hongkong, as a Hotel Keeper, having been adjudged Bankrupt under a Petition for adjudication of Bankruptcy filed in the Supreme Court on the Eighteenth day of May, 1867, is hereby required to surrender himself to Norman Ramsay Masson, Esquire, the Acting Registrar of the said Supreme Court at the first Meeting of Creditors to be held before

the said Acting Registrar on the Twenty-eighth day of June instant, at Eleven o'clock in the forenoon precisely, at the said Court. The said Acting Registrar is the Official Assignee and Mr. William Gaskell is the Solicitor acting in the Bankruptcy.

At the Meeting the Acting Registrar will receive the Proofs of the Debts of the Creditors and the Creditors may choose an Assignee or Assignees of the Bankrupt's Estate and Effects.

All Persons having in their possession any the Effects of the said Bankrupt must deliver them to the said Acting Registrar and all Debts due to the Bankrupt must be paid to the said Acting Registrar.

Cargo and Specie will be registered for London as well as for Marseilles, and accepted in transit through Marseilles for the principal places of Europe.

Cargo will be received on board until 4 P.M. of the 21st Instant, Specie and Parcels until 5 P.M. of the 22nd Instant. (Parcels are not to be sent on board; they must be left at the Agency's Office.)
