NOTICE.
It is hereby notified that the Government Gunpowder Depôt, moored in Kowloon Bay, will be ready for the reception of Gunpowder on and after Monday the 17th instant. Owners, Consignees and Shippers of Gunpowder are requested to apply at this Office for Receipt and Delivery Orders, the production of which, to the Officer in charge of the Depôt will be necessary before any Gunpowder will be received or delivered.
