EORGE LYALL, formerly of Victoris, in the Colony of Hongkong, now or lately of Number 13, Leadenhall Street and Number 14, Gloucester Square, London, Charles Frederick Still, formerly of Number 13, Leadenhall Street, and of Number 85, Lancaster Gate, London, now of Victoria in the Colony of Hongkong, and George Francis Maclean, of Victoria, in the Co- lony of Hongkong, Merchants, trading in Co- partnership at Loudon aforesaid under the style

Still," and in Hongkong and at Yokohama in Japan, under the Style or Firm of "Lyall, Still & Co.," having been adjudged Bankrupts under a petition for adjudication of Bankruptcy filed in Her Ma- jesty's Court of Bankruptcy in Hongkong on the Twenty-first day of May, One Thousand Eight hundred and Sixty-seven, are hereby required to surrender themselves to Norman Ramsay Masson, Esquire, Acting Registrar of the said Court, at the first Meeting of Creditors to be held before the said Acting Registrar, on the Twelfth day of June instant, at Eleven o'clock precisely, at the said Court. Mr. Nor- man Ramsay Masson, is the Official Assignee, and Mr. Francis Innes Hazeland is the Solicitor acting in the Bankruptcy,

A Public Sitting will be appointed by the Court for the said Bankrupts to pass their last examinations of which sitting due notice will be given in the Hongkong Government Gazette.

At the said first Meeting of Creditors the Act- ing Registrar will receive the Proofs of the Debts of the Creditors and the Creditors may choose an Assignee or Assignees of the Bank-
