Unlicensed Brothel.

XXVII. Every Keeper of an Unlicensed Brothel shall be liable for the first offence Penalty for Keeping to a Fine not exceeding $100 or to Imprisonment with or without Hard Labor for a Term not exceeding Three Months, for the second offence to a Fine not exceeding $200 or to Imprisonment with or without Hard Labor for a Term not exceeding Six Months, and for a third and any subsequent offence to a Fine not exceeding $500 or to Impri- sonment with or without Hard Labor for a Term not exceeding Twelve Months provided always that it shall be lawful for the Registrar General to punish such offender both by Fine and Imprisonment if he shall think fit.

XXVIII. XXIX. Nothing herein contained shall as regards Unlicensed Brothels affect any Saving of other other remédies applicable by the Laws in force in the Colony for the time being for the Remedies. Suppression thereof.

XXXI.
