LAONG AFOON, LAONG AYE, and CHUN ASHEEN, of the Ee-loong
Shop, Plaintiffs,

HEREAS an Action has been commenced in this Court at the suit of the above named Laong Afoon, Laong Aye, and Chun Asheen, against the above named Kong Ashing and Wei Ake, to recover the sum of Five thou- sand Dollars for money payable by the said Defendants to the said Plaintiffs, for goods sold and delivered by the said Plaintiffs to the said Defendants, and for interest upon money due from the said Defendants to the said Plaintiffs, and forborne at interest by the said Plaintiffs to the said Defendants at their request and for money found to be duc from the said Defendants to the said Plaintiffs on accounts stated between them, and it being alleged that the said Kong Ashing and Wei Ake do not reside, within the Island or its dependencies, a Writ of Foreign attachment has been issued returnable on the Eighth day of April next, wherein Oo Shing Tso and Lo Achau, both of Hongkong, are Garnishees.
Notice is hereby given thereof and that if at any time before final judgment in this action the said Wong Ashing and Wei-Ake or any person on their behalf will give the security and notice and file the appearance or plea required by the Ordinance of this Island entituled "An Ordi- nance to provide for and regulate process in actions at Law against persons absent from the Colony," the said attachment may be dissolved,

HEREAS an Action has been commenced in this Court at the suit of the above named John Steward Lapraik against the above named Samuel IIarris Talbot trading as aforesaid,
to recover the sum of One thousand and thirty- nine Dollars and sixty-four Cents for money paid by the said John Steward Lapraik for the use of the said Samuel Harris Talbot at his re- quest and for money found to be due from the said Samuel Harris Talbot to the said John Steward Lapraik on an account stated between them, and it being alleged that the said Samuel Harris Talbot does not reside within this Island or its dependencies, a Writ of Foreign attachment has been issued returnable on the first day of April next, wherein William H. Talbot of Hong- kong aforesaid, Ship Chandler, is Garnishee.
Notice is hereby given thereof and if at any time before final judgment in this action the said Samuel Harris Talbot or any person trading on his behalf will give the security and notice and file the appearance or plea required by the Ordi- nance of this Island entituled "An Ordinance to provide for and regulate process in actions at Law against persons absent from the Colony," the said attachment may be dissolved.

Falconer as such Executor as aforesaid against the above named Samuel Harris Talbot tra- ding as aforesaid to recover the sum of Three thou sand Dollars upon and by virtue of an Indenture of Mortgage dated the Nineteenth day of September One thousand Eight hundred and sixty-six whereby the said Samuel Harris Talbot covenanted to pay to the said William Henry Vickerman on demand the sum of Three thousand Dollars with interest thereon at the rate of twelve per cent per annum from the said Nineteenth day of Septem- ber One thousand Eight hundred and sixty-six
