[PON reading the Petition of the above named Bankrupt and the proceedings in the above matter and the affidavits of the said Bankrupt, and of Henry C. Caldwell, Solicitor, for the Assignee in the said Bankruptcy and the consent of all the Creditors who have proved Debts in the said Bankruptcy, and upon hearing what is alleged by William Gaskell, the Solicitor for the said Bankrupt, and the said Henry C. Caldwell and being satisfied that sufficient cause has been shewn for annulling the adjudication of Bank- ruptcy made against the said Alfred Wright the said Bankrupt on the First day of December, A.D., 1866, I do order that such adjudication be annulled.
