His Excellency SIR RICHARD GRAVES MACDONNELL, C.B., has been pleased, with the sanction of the Honorable The Major General Commanding the Forces, to appoint Lieutenant FRANCIS BRINKLEY, R.A, Private Secretary and Aide-de-Camp from the 15th Instant, in the room of Lieutenant H. S. Stewart, 11th Regiment, resigned on departure for England.
