bargained and sold by the Plaintins to the De- fendant and for money paid by the Plaintiffs for the Defendant at his request and for money received by the Defendant for the use of the Plaintiffs and for money found to be due from the Defendant to the Plaintiffs on accounts stated between them and it being alleged that the said Dhurumsey Khakoo does not reside within this island or its dependencies, a writ of Foreign Attachment has been issued, returnable on the Ninth day of November, One thousand Eight hundred and Sixty-eight, wherein Charles Henry Maurice Bosman, of Victoria aforesaid, and Jairez Peerbhoy, also of Victoria, Merchants, are Garnishees.
Notice is hereby given thereof, and that if at any time before final judgment in this Action the said Dhurumsey Kliakoo or any person on his behalf, will give the security and notice, and file the appearance or plea required by the Ordinance of this Island, intituled "An Ordinance to provide for and regulate process in Actions at Law against persons absent from the Colony," the said Attach- ment may be dissolved.
