NOTICE.

It is hereby made known to Agents, Shipmasters, Brokers and others connected with the despatch of Emigrants that the Medical Inspector of Emigrants is to receive at the least, 24 hours notice that such persons are ready for inspection.

The Inspector will examine Emigrants in such rotation as the notices are received by him.

At the said Meeting the Official Assignee will, in pursuance of the 151st Section of the said Ordinance, submit a Statement of the Bankrupt's Estate recovered and outstanding, and of all receipts and all payments made or to be made thereout, and the Creditors at the said Meeting will, in pursuance of the said Section, declare whether any and what part of the nett produce of the Estate of the said Bankrupt, after making a reasonable deduction for future contingencies, shall be divided amongst the Creditors. •

Proofs of Debts will be received, and Creditors who have not proved, or who shall not then prove, will be excluded from the benefit of the dividend, and all claims not proved will be disallowed.
