5. The Licensed Owner of any Trading Junk or the Master thereof, which term for the purpose of this Ordinance shall include any Person for the time being in command or charge of the same, shall for every breach of Order No. 1 forfeit and pay any Sum not exceeding Two hundred Dollars, and shall be liable to Imprisonment, with or without Hard Labor, for any Period not exceeding Six Months; and every Seaman on board of such Junk shall for every such breach forfeit and pay any Sum not exceeding Ten Dollars, and shall be liable to Imprisonment, with or without Hard Labor, for any Period not exceeding One Month.
