and all other Persons, to produce any Wills or Codicils of the above named party, de- ceased, that may be in their possession, before the Supreme Court, in its Probate Jurisdiction, on Friday, the Seventeenth day of July, A.D. 1868; or, if none, that the next of Kin do accept, or refuse Letters of Administration, failing which Letters of Administration will be granted to the Registrar of the said Court, or such other person as the Court may think fit.
