IN THE SUPREME COURT

OF HONGKONG IN BANKRUPTCY.

OTIC is hereby given that a Meeting of the Creditors of Thomas William Smith, late of Victoria, Overseer of Waterworks, William Robert Cunningham, late of Victoria, Shipchan- dler, Maria Mould, late of Victoria, Widow and Nurse, will be held, pursuant to the 151st Sec- tion of the Bankruptcy Ordinance 1884, in the Supreme Court House, on Monday, the 6th day of July, 1868, at 3 o'clock in the afternoon, bc- fore the Honorable William Hastings Alexander, Esquire, Registre of the Supreme Court, being the Officer a pointed by the Supreme Court sitting in Bankruptcy.

At the said Merting the Official Assignco will, in pursuance of the 151st Section of the said Ordinance, submit Statements of the Bankrup & Estates recoveral and outstanding, and of all eceipts and all payments made or to be made

thereout, and the Creditors at the said Meeting will, in pursuance of the said Section, declare whether any and what part of the nett produce of the Estates of the sail Bankrupts, after making reasonable d' dne.ions Er future contencion, shall be divided amongst the Creditors.

Proofs of Debts will be received, and Creditors who have not proved, or who shall not then prove, will be excluded from the benefit of the dividend, and all claims not proved will be disallowed.

Cango will be received on board until 4 P.M. of the 22nd Instant, Specic and Parcels until 5 P.M. of the 22nd Instant. (Parcels are not to be sent on board; they must be left at the Agency's Office.)
