IN THE SUPREME COURT OF HONGKONG IN BANKRUPTCY.

NOTIC is hereby given that a Meeting of the

Creditors of Thomas William Smith, late of Victoria, Overseer of Waterworks, William Robert Cunningham, late of Victoria, Shipchan- dler, Maria Mould, late of Victoria, Widow and Nurse, will be held, pursuant to the 151st Sec- tion of the Bankruptcy Ordinance 1864, in the Supreme Court, on Monday, the 6th day of July, 1868, at 3 o'clock in the afternoon, before the Honorable William Hastings Alexander, E quire, Registrar of the Supreme Court, being the Officer appointed by the Supreme Court sitting in Bankruptcy.

At the said Meeting the Official Assignee will, in pursuance of the 151st Section of the said Ordinance, submit a Statement of the Bankrupts Estates recovered and outstanding, and of all receipts and all payments made or to be made thereout, and the Creditors at the said Meeting will, in pursuance of the said Sertion, declare whether any and what part of the nett produce of the Estates of the said Bankrupts, after making a reasonable deduction for future contingencies, shall be divided amongst the Creditors.

Proofs of Debts will be received, and Creditors who have not proved, or who shall not then prove, will be excluded from the benefit of the dividend, and all claims not proved will be disallowed.
