The following Regulations made this day by Governor SIR RICHArd Graves MacDonnell, C.B., in Council, under "The Gunpowder Storage Ordinance, 1867," are published for general information.

The Charges for the Storage of Gunpowder on board the Government Depôts, under "The Gunpowder Storage Ordinance, 1867," shall, from this date until further notice, be as follows:-

Packages containing 25 lbs. and less of loose Gunpowder,

6 Cents.

Packages containing Ball-Cartridges to be charged per 25 tbs. weight, 3 cents a month, and fraction of a month.

GOVERNMENT NOTIFICATION.

Tenders will be received at this Office, until Noon on the 8th proximo, for the supply of Plumbing Material and Labor required by the Government during the Twelve Months ending 30th June, 1869.
