Memorandum of Agreement by the Purchaser.

Memorandum that each of the persons whose names are hereunder written has been declared the highest bidder for the Lot described in the foregoing Particulars of sale and hereunder specified oppo- site to his said name and signature and does hereby agree to become the Lessee thereof under and subject to the foregoing Conditions of Sale and on his part to perform and abide by the said Conditions.

Sealed Tenders will be received at this Office, until Noon on the 30th Instant, for Alterations and Additions to the Central Schools, Gough Street.

Plans and Specification may be seen at the Assistant Surveyor General's Office. The Government does not bind itself to accept the lowest or any Tender.

The Charges for the Storage of Gunpowder on board the Government Depôts, under "The Gunpowder Storage Ordinance, 1867," shall, from this date until further notice, be as follows:-
